Meeting & Minutes

Regular APCD Board Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of every odd numbered month, with some exceptions. Meetings will convene at 9:00 a.m. in the County Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 1055 Monterey Street in San Luis Obispo. Click here for a listing of our Board members.

2024 Meeting Dates: January 24, 2024 (Elections), May 15 (first budget meeting), June 19 (budget adoption), September 18, and November 13, 2024. 

2025 Meeting Date: January 22, 2025 (Elections)

Online participation for all APCD meetings will be unavailable, as each meeting will be held in-person at the SLO County Board of Supervisors Chambers. You can observe the meeting, when it is live, by following the instructions below.

The minutes for past meetings are posted in the Archived Air Pollution Control Board Videos table below. Minutes for each meeting are posted after they receive Board approval at subsequent meetings. 

Presentations provided at Board meetings are posted here until the official minutes are approved. Once approved, presentations for previous meetings are located within the associated minutes.

Viewing - Listening Options

Several options are available: Agenda, Minutes, MP3 Audio, Watch, and Download

Agenda - displays the agenda in another browser window, right click for options to save to local files.
Minutes - annotated agenda outline with voting results
MP3 Audio - .mp3 audio version of meeting, listen or save to a file. Note that the entire ~200MB file needs to download before play begins
Watch - loads Granicus video viewer which has the ability to jump to agenda items, play starts immediately
Download - .wmv "open or save", entire 200+MB file needs to download before viewing begins.
