Agricultural Burn Permit Renewal

  • Agricultural burns during fire season also require CAL FIRE's LE-5 permit, and at this time the SLO County APCD is unaware of CAL FIRE's LE-5 issuance procedures.
  • Only for individuals who held an agricultural burn permit within the past two burn seasons.
  • Must click the button below to renew your agricultural burn permit and process credit card payment (please note, a service fee of $1.49 will be added for using the online payment service).
  • After payment of the permit fee, please allow a minimum of five (5) business days for the APCD to issue your Burn Permit and send it to you via email or U.S. mail if an email address is not provided or is illegible.

By processing your e-payment you will agree to conduct burning in compliance with all SLO County APCD Rules and Regulations that apply to agricultural burning. See the District regulation for proper agricultural burning here
