Engineering & Compliance Intern

SLO County APCD is currently soliciting applications for an Intern in the Engineering and Compliance Division. Primary duties will be to assist with compiling the County Air Pollutant Emissions Inventory.   Under the direction of Engineering and Compliance Division staff tasks will include: compiling and evaluating air pollution emission data, researching emission factors, performing calculations, and quality assurance of emission database.  Candidates must be comfortable with spreadsheet data entry, technical writing, and communicating with staff, permitted sources, and other agency representatives.
