The APCD Hearing Board has three vacant positions and one expiring term open for recruitment: one Attorney Alternate, one Public Alternate, one Engineer Alternate and one Attorney Member with an expiring term on September 26, 2024. State law stipulates that the Attorney Member and Alternate must be admitted to the practice of law in California, the Engineer Member and Alternate be registered professional engineers, and also requires appointment of Hearing Board members be made by the APCD Board of Directors.
Applications for these positions are being accepted May 1 to May 24, 2024.
