Effective August 1, 2017, San Luis Obispo County Air Pollution Control District (District) will be accepting electronic submittals of asbestos demolition and renovation forms. The following policy will apply to any projects subject to NESHAP notification in San Luis Obispo County. In order to be accepted, the District’s NESHAP notification form must
be completed and signed. The notification must be submitted with a valid asbestos inspection report. The District will accept write protected (i.e. pdf) notifications only. After initial review to determine correct fees and completeness of notification, fees can be paid by credit card over the phone or mailed to the District. Email notifications must be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: For Federal compliance purposes, the second page of the notification with a wet signature must be mailed or hand delivered and received by the District prior to the notified start date.
