The State Park’s OHV Division funded study performed by Dr. Lynn Russell of Scripps has been posted to the OHMVR Commission's website to be discussed at their December 9, 2021 Commission Workshop/ Meeting. As with the previous Scripps studies, both the SLO County APCD and the Scientific Advisory Group have identified substantial issues with this on-going study and its conclusions.
