Beginning October 2 through October 27, 2023, the San Luis Obispo County Air Pollution Control District (APCD) Hearing Board is recruiting for four positions: a Public Member Alternate, an Attorney Member Alternate, an Engineer Member Alternate and a Medical Member Alternate. State law requires the Attorney Member and Alternate to be admitted to the practice of law in California, the Engineer Member and Alternate be registered professional engineers, the Medical Member and Alternate be members of the medical profession and appointment of Hearing Board members be made by the APCD Board of Directors.
